One inbox for several products is handy. If the same person writes in about two of them, do their threads merge into one contact, or stay separate per project?

I've had the chance to use Crisp for a year and a half, and now that I'm using Orka, I feel like everything is much easier, more organized, and faster.

Most reviews here are about many projects in one inbox. Our pain is the other axis: one product, but people reach us through the site chat, a Telegram bot and DMs on a few social networks, and the same person writing in two places shows up as two strangers. We let an AI draft the first reply and a human checks it, which works fine until the context is split. Does Orka join a visitor's chat history with their email or messenger threads into one contact, or does it stay per channel?

Great tool, I've been using it for years for my Shopify app business. So nice to be able to have everything in on app. The MPC is super nice as well. It's great for finding feature requests & bugs through tons of different chat messages.

been using orka for support on a couple of my projects and honestly it's so much easier having all the chats in one inbox instead of 3 different tabs. Setup took a few minutes, and being able to plug in my own AI key is a nice touch. Happy so far!!

Charles is a good friend, and I’m actually spending the weekend at his place while we work together. That’s not why I’m leaving a positive review though, I don’t even use some of the other products he’s built. I genuinely find Orka better than the alternatives I’ve tried so far.
