Thanks for the review! Both, actually.

When you add a brand, our AI agent reads your site during onboarding and suggests a first set of questions your customers are likely to ask, based on what you sell and your market. You can edit them, delete them or add your own before you start.

After that, you can add any prompt yourself from the Prompts page, written your way. And the Prompt Studio lets the agent generate new prompts on a theme you choose (local recommendations, comparisons, buying advice…) and for a specific country, so you can cover the angles you care about.

The easiest way to see it is to try it: you get 7 days free and you can cancel anytime.
