What is Changelogfy?

Logo of Changelogfy

Changelogfy

Changelogfy is an all-in-one platform to capture, organize and manage feedback, prioritize and build product roadmap, and announce product updates.

MarketingFreemium Visit website

Changelogfy is built around a simple idea: use user feedback to make better product decisions. It is listed in the Marketing category with a freemium model, so teams can start without paying. It sits in the familiar feedback-to-roadmap-to-changelog space, which makes it a reasonable pick for small product teams that want to hear from users and show what has shipped.

People start looking elsewhere for specific reasons. Some want a more established feature-voting board, such as Canny or Upvoted. Others need a heavier roadmapping tool for presentations to leadership, which is where Roadmunk fits. Some want surveys or in-app forms alongside feedback, as getuserfeedback.com and Klero AI offer. Others simply want to compare freemium plans, since Supahub and LoomFlows also combine feedback, roadmaps and changelogs in one place.

How We Selected These Changelogfy Alternatives

These alternatives were chosen because they share Changelogfy's core job: collecting user feedback and turning it into roadmap and release communication. Six of the seven use a freemium model like Changelogfy, and one, Roadmunk, is paid, which we included as a contrast for teams that prioritize roadmapping. All seven are listed on Uneed, and community votes there help show which products people pay attention to. We built this comparison from the product descriptions and pricing models provided, not from hands-on testing of each tool.

3. Klero AI

Klero is an AI-powered platform that helps SaaS teams, founders, and product managers collect user feedback, run surveys, manage roadmaps, and publish changelogs, all in one connected system.

Most feedback tools collect requests and let them die. Klero closes the loop: when you ship a feature, users who requested it get automatically notified. That single step turns passive users into loyal advocates.

Key features:
- Feedback Boards: all requests in one place, duplicates merged automatically
- In-App Widget: capture feedback without disrupting user flow
- Surveys: run NPS, CSAT, and custom surveys inside your product
- Public Board: let users submit ideas, vote, and track progress
- Product Roadmap: prioritize based on real vote data, not gut feel
- Changelog: AI writes entries when features ship and notifies users automatically
- Integrations: Slack, Linear, Jira, Discord, Shopify, and more

Free plan available.

Klero AI distinguishes itself by closing the feedback loop with AI-powered analysis, combining surveys, feedback collection, roadmaps, and changelogs to create an end-to-end customer engagement workflow.

Logo of getuserfeedback.com

getuserfeedback.com is a set of tools for collecting feedback, squarely focused on getting you more feedback. Raw, unfiltered, qualitative feedback from your early users that helps you figure out faster how to evolve the product to meet user needs.

I created it because I always faced the same issue when starting a new project: it was so bloody difficult to get feedback! It takes a lot of effort to get anybody to sign up in the first place. And then it's still very hard to get them to use the product. An yet harder to figure out how to grow it.

A great way to grow a product is to ask users what they want. Unfortunately, products at early stages are not good enough yet for people to care, so they don't. And don't respond to requests for feedback. A circular dependency.

I've worked on many kinds of startups over the last 15 years, from biotech to autonomous race cars, from telecom to fintech, proptech to social media, and lots of side projects and smaller experiments. It's most often the same bottleneck that inhibits growth: early adopter feedback.

It's almost always the same recipe that worked to get more feedback. Make it super easy to give feedback, catch people when they're most engaged, be authentic and honest, make users feel heard, react quickly.

Now, I've turned that recipe into a product and an opinionated methodology (totally optional if you know what you're doing) and have been using on all my projects with great success.

The product is quite rough around the edges still (it's polished when it comes to the end user interfaces though) but I can't wait for people to try it out and tell me what they need.

The user interface itself is a showcase of the tech and you might as well just see if it works on you by signing up.
